This is an agreement that I like to have so we are both clear about our expectations. Please read it and complete this form if everything makes sense to you. Let me know if there's anything that is not a fit and we can talk about it.
As your coach, I am committed to helping you grow beyond where you currently are and into a life that is a vibrant expression of who you really are. The real work is yours to do, and I want you to choose the pace that fits best for you. Please let me know what you need from coaching. If at any time, you are not comfortable with any part of our coaching partnership, please let me know immediately so we can correct the situation and move forward. I am so excited to be working with you, and I look forward to our time together! Confirm your understanding of these agreements in the coaching relationship:

Confidentiality policy:
Anything you share in a coaching session will be held in the strictest of confidence and not shared with anyone, with the following exceptions:
If release of such information is required by law (i.e. illegal activity, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena), I will comply.
If there is imminent or likely risk of danger to yourself or to others, I will notify you by email that I intend to inform appropriate authorities (if that feels appropriate to the situation), then make that contact.

Refund policy:
After the coaching has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be re-scheduled within 12 months after the initial payment.
All unused sessions expire 12 months after the initial payment.
Unused coaching sessions are transferable to another person, provided that person is ready and willing to fully step into the coaching process.
