About

Vickie started her career in tech in the late 90s and has coached leaders and organziations throughout uncertainty and instability to flourish with rewarding careers.  With over 25 years in the tech industry and 15 years in product management leadership, she drives a collaborative mindset, leads by example, coaches and mentors early-in-career to executive-level product managers, builds strong relationships, distills complicated requirements into targeted action, and uses influences to gain alignment. She focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment to unlock people’s best selves. She will do whatever it takes to wade through conflicting directions to find the facts and focus on rational approaches and thoughtful solutions.

She started Ignite Your Potential, LLC, in 2024 to focus on the exemplary people behind building products.  She earned her Coach Training Alliance Certification in February 2025, showing she has over 60 hours of coaching.
